Compassionate Consumers

I am a college student who comes from a middle class family.  My parents can only support my tuition fee and other school-related fees.  A new pair of shoes or a new set of earrings are luxury for me.  In order for me to buy non-related school stuffs I started a buy-and-sell business.  My consumers are my friends, my dorm mates and my school mates.

The crazed items nowadays are funny t shirts.  People from different walks of life wear it.  Since competition is everywhere too, I want my shirts to be more customized and matchless.  The designs should be more factual, more funny and singular.  Designs should be of different colors.  The material should be of good quality.  The print should not easily melt when pressed. Most importantly, the price should be affordable especially for students.

I am happy I find a store which sells the t shirts I am looking for.  Unique designs, good material quality and very affordable price.  My friends and their network of friends love the designs and look forward to having new designs each week.  It is a big hit especially when they can mix and match the designs and colors according to their likings.  I have fun myself profiting too.

It was economic recession that time and most families were under a tight budget including our family. My husband was doing a research work on waveguides and he plans to further study about it when he pursues his doctorate degree in engineering.  He has the passion for things like this.  He wants to discover something that could make a difference in the way we live and do things. Being the ever supportive wife, I am always there willing to help out and lend a hand.

He asked me to look for possible companies where he would be able to source out the components that he needed for his experiments.  He specifically told me that they should not cost much and if possible they would be able to help him produce a prototype that he needed.  Good thing I am quite adept in utilizing the Internet so I was able to find the supplier that he wanted.

I have been writing personal checks since I was 25 and the truth is, I hate the boring look of it. I am the artsy type of gal and I have always - always fantasized about having cute checks, issuing, writing - just like Elle Woods. Yes, I know that is just a Hollywood movie, but seriously, I wanted something that would symbolize “me”.

I told Lakisha to stop doing my hair and went straight to Deidre. I asked her about her checks. “I know, they’re green. Cool huh?” She took the whole booklet out and I had a close look. Not only was it in green, it had flowers in one corner. It was cute! Too cute actually!

I didn’t care and went inside her office counter, sat beside her when she told me that she found those secured checks online. She said that the checks were made by a company certified to work for banks and that there is a security agreement to prevent fraud.

She was talking some more but I could not hear her - I just chose what I wanted and ordered away. I am expecting my box in 2 days using their in-plant rush method and I am so excited!

A perfect wedding-this is definitely every girl’s dream. For me, I have always pictured my wedding day to be the most beautiful day of my life. So, when my boyfriend asked my hand for marriage, I felt nothing but happiness and excitement. If only I could make days go faster, I would. But well, I have to start all the preparations as soon as possible.

I hired a wedding planner. However, I still want to be very hands-on in all the preparations, since I already have a clear picture of how my wedding is going to be in my mind. When we met with the Phoenix dance bandthat will sing at my wedding party, they gave us a sample. We both loved them right away. I just thought to myself, this will make my wedding even more perfect.
