My boss is also a woman. A very loud woman. She is used to degrading us, her subordinates and think that there is nothing wrong with that. At night when I go home, I would just cry. That was how destructive this supervisor was to me.
I browsed the net for a solution to my problem. She needs to stop her verbal abuse. I am not some doormat she can just step on, just like that!
