Posted by Lasey on June 7th, 2010 I always wanted to find the right computer server for me. I found it very difficult to trust websites that do not seem to show anything being genuine. So I really had to ask which websites are well-trusted by majority or else I will just be another victim of a hoax.
My office mate told me about this IBM pSeries website and it helped me a lot. Not only were they very accommodating, but they had almost all kinds of servers you could think of. I was able to purchase 2 servers, the POWER5 pSeries system and the RS/6000 systems. Both are working well. The Used pSeries server website even made sure that I was aware of their non-DOA guarantee. This states that if my purchased item is not functioning, it would be replaced with a new one free of charge! When I heard about this I knew that I was in good hands.
I also wanted to get an upgrade with my system and this website also provided it. I had all of the things I need, because the company made sure that I wasn’t lacking of anything. They really work like professionals. I have never come across such great technicians! Very great service!
Posted by Lasey on June 3rd, 2010 It was economic recession that time and most families were under a tight budget including our family. We did not expect that we will be under the effects of recession because we belong to the upper middle class of the society. But we really never know when tragedy strikes when both my parents were fired from their respective jobs. It was such an emotional moment for our family. Gone were the five cars, three houses and the many things that are in it. We said goodbye to our expensive schools and had to transfer to other schools. Mom and Dad always fight and we could just sigh every time they do that. One day, Mom was shouting at the top of her lungs upstairs. She was cleaning upstairs when she saw something that she has kept for a long time. She never knew she had it because she almost took for granted the material things she had. Mom found a box full of gold and some pieces of diamond in the attic. Though she wondered why there were jewelry there, she was very happy to have found it. She called up my dad and my dad contacted this sell diamond jewelry online and we really got a good price.
We were able to get back on track but coming from a very terrible time of our lives. We became thrifty and simple. We did not get back the five cars, three houses and all the others things we had before. We decided to buy what we need and not but what we want. We are more relaxed and are not pressured by material things. We were thankful that we were able to sell old jewelry and that online company really gave us a good price and we were able to rebuild our life as a family.
Posted by Lasey on June 3rd, 2010 I love nature. As much as possible, I would never do anything to destroy Mother Nature. I am molded by my parents that way. Recycle and reuse whatever you can still afford to do so and if there are things that really need to be disposed of, dispose it properly that it will not destruct the balance of nature. In fact, I am member of a non-government organization which aims to pursue the 3 R’s (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle).
One day while I was visiting my husband’s office, I overheard them discussing about disposing their used IBM desktops and computers. His office is upgrading all the equipments. Since the computers are already a decade old, even teens who cannot afford to have a refurbished computer at home are not to going to enjoy the computers. They are literally old and outdated.
That night, I informed my husband about the company that I had just had a meeting that afternoon. They help offices, residents and business organizations in disposing used computers, accessories and used IBM servers. IT fractions and components can easily destruct the nature and can cause long-term effect if not disposed properly. This company makes sure that these IT assets are disposed of properly and safely.
The following morning, my husband discussed the idea with his business associates; gave the company a call, discussed their predicament and was given a fast result. They were assured that the used computers would be disposed according to the rules and regulations of all federal and state environmental laws. With that simple act, Mother Nature was saved.
Posted by Lasey on June 1st, 2010 My husband was doing a research work on waveguides and he plans to further study about it when he pursues his doctorate degree in engineering. He has the passion for things like this. He wants to discover something that could make a difference in the way we live and do things. Being the ever supportive wife, I am always there willing to help out and lend a hand.
He asked me to look for possible companies where he would be able to source out the components that he needed for his experiments. He specifically told me that they should not cost much and if possible they would be able to help him produce a prototype that he needed. Good thing I am quite adept in utilizing the Internet so I was able to find the supplier that he wanted.
He was happy that I was able to find a supplier for his double ridge waveguide transitions requirement after showing him the company’s website. He was awed with the extensive product list that was available for purchase. I can just imagine his delight for I know the look that he had was the same look that I have whenever I go online window shopping at Sephora or some other makeup store. We immediately contacted them and we are just waiting for the components to arrive.
