We own a pet shop in a busy commercial district. The competition is quite fierce since this kind of business has specialized customers with special needs. People, especially the ones that are into pets, are very meticulous and very aggressive about the services and products that they buy for their pets. At times, they take their pets with them when they go shopping and I could sense that they have this distinct look whenever they go inside my pet shop. If my memory serves me right, they always give these not so good stares and cover their noses once in a while when inside my pet shop.
