I was able to finally get some of the funny t shirts that look like they are falling apart out of my son’s room. He only wears the same ten funny shirts to school and they are looking very old. I have offered to take him shopping for some new ones but he always says that his are really comfortable and broken in and he does not want new scratchy funny shirts.

I am going to have to do the only thing that I know a good parent would do and that would be to get rid of the old nasty shirts and see if they can find some that are similar. I can even wash them a bunch of times over and over before he wears them. I was telling my friend Jane about this and she told me that she has seen the old faded funny shirts and they need to be retired.

I guess that since Jane agrees with my decision, it is not such a bad thing after all. I am sure that my son will be unhappy with me at first, but after a while of wearing his new funny shirts that have been washed to seem like his old funny shirts then he will forgive me.
